Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2 features
The phone comes with a 6.2-inch external Infinity-O screen, and adds a 7.6-inch foldable Ultra Thin Glass internal screen with fewer edges and a 120Hz refresh rate.
It will also contain an eight-core 7nm processor with 12GB of RAM, and an internal storage capacity of 128GB and 256GB.
The Galaxy Z Fold2 offers a triple camera on the back with 12-megapixel lenses for each, along with a front camera on the outside and a 10-megapixel front camera, and the phone’s camera supports modes such as Pro Video, Single Take, Bright Night and Night Mode to improve the photography experience.
Samsung also has dual high dynamic speakers to improve the audio experience for users while working on the phone.
It adds a 4,500 mAh battery, support for fast charging and reverse charging, along with support for Samsung DeX wireless technology, and the integration of UWB (Ultra Wide Band) technology into the device, making sharing of files and media very smooth using the proximity file sharing feature.
After the problems that appeared in the first generation, Samsung says that the new phone design adds Hideaway Hinge technology, which fits seamlessly with the device’s structure and CAM mechanism, allowing the phone to be installed independently to support all new experiences of flexible mode. The phone also uses the sweeping technology, which was first introduced on the Galaxy Z Flip, within the gap between the body and the hinge of the cover to repel dust and particles, and the space allocated for the sweeping structure is smaller than that of the Galaxy Z Flip.
Samsung offers the ability to change the colors of the phone joint by providing 4 options; Includes metallic silver, metallic gold, metallic red, and metallic blue.
More productive multitasking
The capabilities of the new Samsung phone are among the most important features, as users can enjoy working on more than one application at the same time, or review some applications in a different way more like computers and not smart phones, especially Google and Microsoft applications.
Samsung says that users can now open multiple files from the same application at the same time and view them tiled, as well as use the optimized multi-window menu to open multiple applications simultaneously by combining the App Pair and Edge Panel features for additional convenience.
Also, you can simply drag text, images and documents from one application to another to transfer them instantly to a different application through the drag and drop feature when you open two applications at the same time. It can also quickly capture the screen in one application and seamlessly transfer the captured image to another application using the Split Screen Capture feature.
