Huawei officially announced its smart bracelet Band 6, which features a 1.47-inch AMOLED screen, has thin bezels, and a charging life of about two weeks, and it starts at $ 53.
After Huawei introduced the Band 4 smart bracelet during 2019, the Chinese giant decided to skip version 5 to announce directly the Band 6 bracelet to compete with the Xiaomi Mi Band 6 bracelet.
The Band 6 smart bracelet features a 1.47-inch AMOLED screen and a 194-by-368-inch display quality, as this version comes in 148% larger than the previous version, and users are also provided with a set of smart bracelet faces through the dedicated app.
The smart bracelet also comes in dimensions of 64% with very thin frames, the face of the smart bracelet also features a rectangular design, and the Band 6 bracelet comes with a light weight of 18 grams, with measurements of 43 by 25.4 by 10.99 mm, and the frame of the smart bracelet also includes a button on the right side for navigation and support 5ATM water resistance.
The Band 6 smart bracelet supports a charging life that lasts about two weeks or 10 days with heavy use, and the bracelet also supports charging via a magnetic charger.
The Band 6 bracelet also includes a sensor to measure the percentage of oxygen in the blood for the first time in a series of Huawei smart bands, and it also comes with TruSeen 4.0 technology to monitor the heart rate, and TruSleep 2.0 to monitor the user’s status during sleep, and also includes TruRelax 2.0 to monitor the pressure rate, and to monitor the heart rate during Sleep.
The bracelet also supports tracking user activity in 96 sports patterns, and it also supports the user in showing notifications, message alerts and voice calls, and controlling the operation of the camera and music, and the smart bracelet is scheduled to be available in orange, black and green colors, and is compatible with phones with Android 6.0 and above and iOS 9.0 or later.
