Nvidia announced today the date of the next GeForce event scheduled to be held on the first of next September, as some expectations indicate that the company will provide an RTX 3080 graphics card during the event, or the GeForce RTX 3000 series may be announced.
Nvidia launched a teaser recently announcing an event that will start on August 31 to make an important announcement for the company, and today the company unveils another event to be held at the beginning of September.
Nvidia confirmed that CEO Jensen Huang will shine a light during the GeForce event on the company’s new technologies in the gaming and graphics market.
Some expectations also indicate that the company will unveil the GeForce RTX 3000 series, along with the RTX 3080, a new update to the RTX 2080 graphics card.
While some rumors indicated that Nvidia is preparing to announce a new version of Ampere architecture at an event to be held on September 9, and leaks from TweakTown also indicated that Nvidia will introduce the GeForce RTX 3000 series in September.
New versions of the graphics card from the RTX series are scheduled to come with the new Nvidia Ampere architecture that was unveiled last May, so we may see in the company’s next event a presentation of the Ampere architecture performance in the new generation of the graphics card, and what it can offer in the gaming market.
