Qualcomm Preparing to launch SNAPDRAGON 732G chipset in September

Qualcomm is preparing to compete with MediaTek in the coming period in the middle and low-cost phone market, as the company plans to launch a new processor called SNAPDRAGON 732G.

The latest reports confirmed that Qualcomm is preparing to announce in September the Snapdragon 732G processor, which features the architecture used in the Snapdragon 730G manufacturing process, and also has an 8 nm manufacturing accuracy, but it includes some improvements.


The report confirms that Qualcomm provides a Snapdragon 732G processor with improvements in operating frequency, as the A76 cores come in the Snapdragon 730G processor chip at 2.2GHz, which in the new version is upgraded to a frequency of 2.3GHz, while 6 cores A55 supports 1.8GHz, also includes a unit Processing graphics card Adreno 618.

On the other hand, the Snapdragon 732G chip comes to support 4G networks only, while providing some improvements in artificial intelligence technology, and it is scheduled to be officially launched in Vietnam during the month of September, to support smartphones that come at a price level of about $ 300.

Also, the Snapdragon 732G chip is expected to provide better performance in single cores compared to the Snapdragon 730G chip, while the overall performance of both chips will not differ.
